For both pianist-vocalists who want to get better at self-accompanying, or for pianists that don’t sing but want to learn how to better accompany vocalists.

We will cover a different tune each week, and will explore various accompanying techniques that apply to particular styles and grooves. I will open each session by playing the weekly song selection, do a brief breakdown of my accompanying approach, and will open it up to members for questions and playing/singing feedback.
