Ruy Adrián López-Nussa is a Cuban drummer and composer with a virtuosic command of Afro-Cuban rhythms. A Sabian and Canopus endorsed artist, he has performed at Carnegie Hall, the Philharmonie de Paris, and the Montreux Jazz Festival. Based in Blagnac, France, he leads masterclasses at Stanford, Berklee, and beyond while recording for Blue Note Records with his brother Harold.
